Nexus Carolina Inc. was initially conceptualized as a private investigation firm by Paul Hinson and a group of retired law enforcement professionals, dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses in preventing theft and fraud and helping victims recover financial losses.

During the development of the business plan and acquisition of necessary licenses, Paul identified an additional opportunity to support law enforcement agencies, particularly those with limited resources and in need of expertise. Drawing upon more than 40 years of industry experience and his extensive professional network, Paul organized a team to deliver specialized consulting services. This initiative ultimately led to the creation of Nexus Carolinas Consulting.

In evaluating the most impactful services for these agencies, Paul determined that Assessments, Transitions, Property (Evidence) management, and Crisis Communications are essential components for establishing robust operations. As client needs evolve, Nexus Carolinas Consulting is committed to broadening its service portfolio to address new challenges.
